head spinning

you may remember back here (click on the link) i took a couple of pictures of some random dummies in a closed shop window on landstraße hauptstraße. i was passing the same shop yesterday and noticed that they have now cleared out the pool table and all the dummies but in its place is this....
and it spins around!!!

    no... its just a window in an old building in a street full of shops. maybe it was a shop years ago...?

    So it's a hand, holding a light, in a glass, balancing on a dummys head, on a block, on a revolving platform, in a window...... makes perfect sense to me...
