this morning the sky was bright blue (it seems to have been so dark and grey for so long) and i was really excited to see it. but by the time i got out this afternoon (i had an interview this morning) it had started to cloud over. i still headed over to prater anyway and walked for about an hour and a half (which made up for not running this morning!).
next time i'm wearing my wellies!

ReplyDeletei reckon sack off the jogging idea, it's bad for your joints anyway! just keep walking. a 90 mins brisk walk every day is surely good enough exercise. xx
