in the evening kev and i cooked another jamie oliver recipe! crispy-skinned mackerel with asian inspired dressing. seriously, it tasted amazing. i can't wait to cook it again. although ours was with trout instead of mackerel (no mackerel at the local market so we picked something that we liked the look of. after translating back home it turned out that we'd bought trout!). yum.
