healthy eating

here is some evidence that i have been eating some healthy things! breakfast the past few days has been porridge (with water not milk. i actually don't like it with milk) with linseeds and sunflower seeds and a dollop of reduced sugar berry jam on top (preferably it would be with fresh berries but i didn't have any).
lunch today was a salad with left over chicken from sundays roast. i bought radishes... i love radish! although looking at this picture... it looks far too healthy for my liking! i like the colours though.
and for dinner i made lentil veggie shepherds pie. the potato isn't so good but everything else in it is. its a bit of a concoction that sherry and i used to cook when i was going through a previous healthy phase! it needs a bit of gravy really. bad thing is that kev is working away in zagreb all week so it means that i have the same thing for dinner EVERY day (we have no freezer unfortunately, only a stupid ice box in the fridge). so, i think i'm gonna be really bored of this by the end of the week....

pizza anyone?!
